Owl Science

 
Have the children research owls, or show them pictures pointing out special features such as the sharp talons, or the layers of feathers and the big eyes. Have the children decorate a paper bag to look like an owl. Next provide images or cut outs of what an owl eats, you can add a few things they don't eat as well. Ask the children to fill their owl with the types of food an owl eats.
